Ingredient:
3 teacups -- finely chopped spinach, 1 teacup -- fresh finely chopped fenugreek leaves, Pinch of soda bi-carb, 25mm pc of finely chopped ginger, 1 finely chopped onion, 3 chopped green chilies, 100gms paneer (cubed ), 2 tsp of oil Salt to taste.
Method:

Mix spinach and fenugreek leaves in a kadahi. ♥
Add 1 tsp of water and soda bi-carb (optional).Cook on a slow flame until soft. ♥
When cooked, drain out water and blend leaves in a liquidiser. ♥
Heat oil and saute the onion for a minute. ♥
Add green chilies and ginger paste. Saute again for a few seconds. ♥
Add the blended paste and cook for a couple of minutes. ♥
Add salt to taste. ♥
Add paneer and cook for a couple more minutes . Serve hot |
