Ingredient:

3 teacups -- finely chopped spinach, 1 teacup -- fresh finely chopped fenugreek leaves, Pinch of soda bi-carb, 25mm pc of finely chopped ginger, 1 finely chopped onion, 3 chopped green chilies, 100gms paneer (cubed ), 2 tsp of oil Salt to taste.

Method:

Mix spinach and fenugreek leaves in a kadahi.
Add 1 tsp of water and soda bi-carb (optional).Cook on a slow flame until soft.
When cooked, drain out water and blend leaves in a liquidiser.
Heat oil and saute the onion for a minute.
Add green chilies and ginger paste. Saute again for a few seconds.
Add the blended paste and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add salt to taste.
Add paneer and cook for a couple more minutes . Serve hot
