Ingredient:
Suji --- 60 g, Bengal gram da l--- 20 g, Curd -- 75 g, Spinach -- 40gms., A pinch of cooking soda, Red chilli and Salt to taste.
Method:

Soak the dal for 5-6 hrs. ♥
Grind the soaked dal and spinach to a fine paste. ♥
Mix the Suji and Curd into dal. Add spinach paste and seasoning. ♥
Add water to form a paste of medium consistency. Add a pinch of soda. ♥
Place mixture in an idli maker and steam for 10 minutes or till done. Serve hot with green chutney.
