Ingredient:
Soya bean -- 150gm, Ginger garlic paste -- 2 tsp, Curd -- 2 ½ tsp, Black pepper powder -- ½ tsp, Lemon juice -- 1 ½ tsp,
Cooking soda -- ½ tsp, Oil to grease the plate -- 2-3 drops, Salt to taste.
Method:

Soak soya beans overnight in warm water. ♥ Remove soyabean skins by rubbing them in water. ♥ Grind beans coarsely. Add curd, ginger-garlic paste and black pepper and mix well. ♥ Now add soda to lemon juice and mix in the batter. Stir well in one direction ♥ Steam for 5-10 minute. ♥ You may also add grated dudhi into the batter. |
