Ingredient:
Semolina (suji)--- 30g, Oil ---1 tsp, Chilli powder---according to taste. Mustard seeds-- ½ tsp, Green gram sprouts-- 30g, Coriander, curry leaves and salt ---to taste.
Method:

Heat oil in a kadahi and crackle the mustard seeds. Add curry leaves. ♥
Add the semolina and sauté till pink. ♥
Boil double the volume of water as the quantity of semolina. Add salt and red chilli powder. ♥
Add the semolina mixture slowly to the above boiling water and stir. Add sprouts. ♥
Cook till done. Serve hot.
