Ingredient:

Semolina (suji)--- 30g, Oil ---1 tsp, Chilli powder---according to taste. Mustard seeds-- ½ tsp, Green gram sprouts-- 30g, Coriander, curry leaves and salt ---to taste.

Method:

Heat oil in a kadahi and crackle the mustard seeds. Add curry leaves.
Add the semolina and sauté till pink.
Boil double the volume of water as the quantity of semolina. Add salt and red chilli powder.
Add the semolina mixture slowly to the above boiling water and stir. Add sprouts.
Cook till done. Serve hot.
