Masala Idli

Ingredient:
Moong dal ---100 gms. Curd---2 tsp Ginger, Chilly paste--- 1 tsp, Hing ---1 pinch, Salt to taste
Method:

Soak the green moong dal overnight. Grind it finely. ♥
Add ginger-chilli paste, hing and salt ♥ Pour batter into an idli stand.Prepare steaming hot idlis. |
