Papaya Pudding
This pudding is unbelievably low in calories but high in taste! Papaya is extremely rich in vitamin 'A'.

Ingredient:
2 teacups -- papaya slices, 2 tbsp -- skimmed milk, Sweetener as per taste .
Method:
♥
Blend the papaya, milk and sugar in a liquidiser
♥ Add sweetener and pour mixture into cups. Set aside to chill. Serve chilled.
