Among vegetables, Spinach has the highest amount of folic acid, necessary for preventing anemia. The combination of spinach and milk results in a highly nutritious soup full of vitamins, iron and calcium.
Ingredient:

2 teacups -- chopped spinach, 1 chopped onion, 2 teacups -- skimmed milk, Salt and pepper to taste.

Method:

Cook spinach and onion in ½ teacup of water until soft.
Blend the above mixer in a blender.
Add salt and pepper.
Add milk to the blended mixture and heat again for a couple of minutes. Serve hot, topped with grated Paneer.
